The short version
  • Apex Trader Funding has the fastest processing — a median of roughly 4 hours from request to paid, with over $300M paid out to date.
  • My Funded Futures (~6 hours) and Top One Futures (under 12 hours) are right behind, and both allow daily payout requests on their fastest plans.
  • Payout frequency and payout speed are not the same thing. Some firms let you request daily but take days to process; others gate requests to a 5-day cycle but pay within hours.
  • The real delay is usually the rules, not the bank transfer — minimum trading days, consistency rules, and first-payout thresholds hold up more traders than slow banking ever does.
  • Highest split among the fast payers: FundedNext at 95% on its Flex account, with Apex paying 100% of your first $25K before it moves to a 90/10 split.

If you pass a futures prop firm's evaluation, the next question is the one that actually matters: how fast can you get your money out? We track payout speed across every major firm — both how often you can request a withdrawal and how long the cash takes to land once you do. Here's what the data shows in 2026.

The short version: Apex Trader Funding processes payouts fastest, at a median of about four hours, with My Funded Futures and Top One Futures close behind. But "fastest" depends on which half of the process you mean — request frequency and processing speed are two different things, and firms love to blur them.

Payout speed actually has two parts

When a firm advertises "fast payouts," it's usually talking about one of two things — and they're rarely the same:

  1. Eligibility and frequency — how soon after getting funded, and how often, you're allowed to hit the withdraw button. This can be daily, every five trading days, or gated behind a benchmark cycle.
  2. Processing time — how long the money takes to reach your account once the request is in. This is the number in the table above.

A firm can be excellent at one and mediocre at the other. Take Profit Trader lets PRO traders request daily, but median processing runs about two days. Apex gates requests to every five trading days, yet pays in roughly four hours. So if your goal is "money in my account as fast as possible after I click request," processing time wins. If it's "how frequently can I pull profit out," frequency wins. Decide which you actually care about before you compare.

The fastest firms for actually getting paid

Apex Trader Funding — ~4 hours. The fastest processing we track, backed by the deepest history ($300M+ paid, largest single payout we've logged at $58K). You keep 100% of your first $25K in profit, then move to 90/10. The trade-off: payouts open every five trading days, and there's a 50% consistency rule on the funded account.

My Funded Futures — ~6 hours. The Rapid plan pays daily, has no daily loss limit, and splits 90/10. That combination — daily eligibility plus same-day-ish processing — makes it one of the quickest paths from profit to cash.

Top One Futures — under 12 hours. All four of Top One's paths pay a flat 90% split, and the Elite Daily plan allows daily requests. Consistent sub-12-hour processing keeps it near the top.

FundedNext — ~24 hours. It brings the biggest reported track record of any firm we cover ($306M+ across its programs) and the highest split on this list — 95% on the Flex account. Requests open after a five-day benchmark cycle, so it's slightly slower to your first withdrawal, but the terms afterward are strong.

What actually delays your payout

It's almost never the bank transfer. The usual culprits are rules baked into the account:

  • Minimum trading days. Many firms want five or more active trading days before your first request — Take Profit Trader (5), FundedNext (a 5-day benchmark), and the 5-trading-day cycles at Apex and Tradeify all apply here.
  • Consistency rules. A cap on how much of your total profit can come from one day (often 30–50%). Hit your whole target in a single big session and you may have to keep trading to "balance" the account before you can withdraw.
  • First-payout thresholds and buffers. Some accounts need a profit buffer above the starting balance before the trailing drawdown locks, or enforce a minimum payout amount ($250–$1,000+).
  • Requesting on the wrong day. Firms that pay on a five-day cycle reset the clock — miss the window and you wait a full cycle for the next one.

None of these show up in a "we pay in 4 hours" headline, but they're what actually determine when you see money.

How we track payout speed

We log each firm's reported median payout time, cross-check it against trader-reported data and the firm's own payout documentation, and re-verify weekly. These numbers move — a firm paying in hours one month can slow to days if request volume spikes — so treat them as current-as-of-2026 benchmarks and confirm each firm's live terms before you buy. You can see the totals we track, and every rule change we log, in the audit log and on the payouts page.
